WHAT HAPPENED?
Gianluca Di Marzio report that the Serie A champions have opened talks with Venezia for the American midfielder. The 22-year-old has been discussed as a summer purchase for the Nerazzurri, but he would be loaned back to the Venice-based club for the 2024/25 season.

Tessman netted seven times for Venezia in 2023/24, including a brilliant goal in their promotion playoffs semifinal vs Palermo.
The Texas native has been an outstanding player for the now-Serie A side, but has also put in his shifts on the international stage. He's become a clear favorite for U23 USMNT Olympics boss Marko Mitrovic, and is expected to lead the midfield line at the Paris Games this summer.
